Rooms were nice. Decent size and clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The town itself was also lovely with many places to eat and spend time. Connection to Cologne centre was easy by train or tram.

Very close to a S11 station. A good location when you are interested in Dom area but want to sleep quiet. Breakfast is great and there are quite many restaurants and pubs nearby.

I arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a smiling young lady who after the normal administration was completed, wished me a good stay at the hotel, never happened before. The room was very small but all the amenities required were there, including small cushions and two pillows, nice for sitting up whilst watching television. I did like the carpet, it looks like a natural wooden floor, a nice touch. There are enough places in walking distance to get something to eat, most are fairly rustical. I slept quite well once someone who was hard of hearing turned of their television. The area is quiet, so calming down was no real effort for me. Breakfast really took me by surprise, a young man approached me upon entering the large room and guided me to a table and offered a hot beverage (a large selection) of my choice. The selection of meats, cheeses and warm foods was a lot. This really shocked me as the breakfast was included in the price. All the staff were very friendly and helpful to the point of assisting me with my bad German. I would highly recommend visiting this hotel if you are contemplating staying in the Cologne area for whatever reason be it business or pleasure.

We have come to the hotel multiple time already and it is always good. The breakfast is delicious, much chose. The staff are really friendly. When you enter the breakfast area they always ask what you would like to drink. The rooms are also pretty and spacious. We lost an item there and they returned it with no problem we of course needed to pay the shipping but we got it back so excellent service. We enjoyed the stay overall and the location is also good.
