Everything was great during our stay here. The staff was nice and the breakfast was pretty decent. The location was great too. Now the big issue is that we got bed bug bites. Coincidentally, the last morning of our stay we found a bed bug crawling on my child's bed. We killed it of course but I would avoid staying here until they have dealt with the issue.

The room was not as advertised. It was in very poor condition. Cracked bathtub and broken tiles, broken A/C, dark and dingy, very uncomfortable bed, broken shutters, brown water coming from the taps. Couldn't sleep at all. Not at all worth the €520 we spent for three nights here. The only good thing I can say is that the receptionist who checked us in was polite and helpful, and it's close to the station.

The best about this hotel is it’s location. Rooms are quite old - all furniture looks like it came from a museum but not in a good way. Despite that, the room was very clean and was cleaned everyday, including new towels in the bathroom. The bathroom was tiny and would get completely wet after a shower. Bed was ok, but the pillows were terrible. Staff is friendly and available 24/7. The breakfast is very basic. The coffee and orange juice were awful. The rooms are not very well isolated and you can hear other people talking, when the breakfast is the being prepared and when people move their luggage. The elevator is pretty much useless since it’s on the 1st floor after taking the stairs. There is no parking included in the price but parking near-by is available for a discounted rate of 26 eur per day (instead of 30eur a day, which is the standard fare around the city center).

The rooms were big and nice since we booked it for 3 people. Shower was a big uncomfortable but still okay. Breakfast was okay as well. Pretty close to the train station. BUT, every time was had to leave the hotel, we had to drop off our keys in the reception which is very weird to me (never done that in any other hotel) made me feel very insecure about my bags and passports and other important things being left in the room. Also, while me and my sister were having breakfast we were clearly made fun of by the staff ( we don’t speak the language but the staff was constantly looking at us and giggling about something) maybe because we had just woken up and weren’t all dressed up as every other customer in there. IDK but definitely didn’t feel welcomed in there. And my sister is disabled so that definitely didn’t help. I wouldn’t go there again just because I could get other hotel around the area for similar prices and feel much more welcomed and comfortable.
