When I arrived there were no towels, the towel bar was broken off and missing, the bathroom ceiling was filthy and in disrepair, the curtains not entirely hung,…This once beautiful hotel has been allowed to fall into disrepair. I hope the owner(s) get their act together and save this gem in the historic central zone!

The floor was very dirty under the beds. There was no heater and we had to request extra blankets since it was very cold. No internet. No shower head in the shower. It was a double bed and the room only had one glass for water. No towels no soap. All of these had to be requested.
