I stayed at the Hotel Venice in Kuala Lumpur for four weeks (30 days) and I was very impressed by the service, the facilities, and the location. The Deluxe room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bathroom was luxurious, with a separate shower, and a range of toiletries. The bed was very cozy and the pillows were fluffy. The hotel has very close to chinese, malaysian, and western dining options, including several popular chinese restaurant that serves authentic and delicious dishes. The staff were very attentive and friendly, especially the chief concierge Mr Syed, and they always greeted me with a smile. They also helped me with booking tours, arranging transportation, and giving recommendations. The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is within walking distance to the Berjaya Times Square, and the LaLaport shopping mall and other nearby shopping centres. There are also many restaurants, bars, and attractions nearby.My favourite discovery is ICC Pudu food court with many delicious and very affordable chinese, malaysia, and Indian dishes/ all within a 5min walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is also connected to the Times Square Imbi Monorail and Pudu LRT stations, which makes it easy to get around the city. This being my 2nd time long term stay.. overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Venice in Kuala Lumpur and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury hotel in the city. It is definitely worth the price and is now my go to hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

Good value for money. Smallish room (I booked "studio deluxe") was reasonably clean although wallpaper and flooring is looking pretty sorry. Under bed was not cleaned, as evidenced by rubbish that previous occupant had thrown under it. Room was well serviced with new towels and bedding when requested Bathroom was quite ok. Location was good for me ... not far from city centre and I found a couple of nice westernish eateries near the hotel, namely Bestow Restaurant and A Toast Breakfast and Juice bar.

Booked online, photo everything looks good. 1) For the receptionist talking is not so friendly, 2) secondly the pillow I am not sure how do they house keeping, pillow are smelly😬😬😬 3) sound proof is bad, sound from the corridor walking and talking sound😅 4) the worst feeling of the toilet, mosaic tiles are broken that injured my foot and the pipe is rusty 😡😡😡 5)the chair got some mouldy 😬😬

Our experience at Hotel Venice with our family of five was satisfactory. The staff was okay. The room was clean, cozy, and provided all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and several eateries nearby. While it may not offer luxurious features, the overall experience was good for the price paid. I would recommend Hotel Venice to budget-conscious travelers looking for a decent stay in the city.
