location epic. the reception was kind however our room left much to be desired. it's livable, but for the price point, slightly disappointing. the phone didn't work, the trash from the previous stayer was not thrown out, and no tissues/ toilet paper/ paper towel upon arrival. an outlet was not working as well we had a lovely view of a concrete wall outside. the bed was comfy though. overall, it was acceptable but nothing above average. stay if there aren't better options (which at the time there weren't i got scammed prior rip)

It’s a very good locations and the surfaces. Excellent. The first floor has very unique areas where you can stay. However, the room was very small which is obvious for this kind of locations the common area in the first floor, somehow compensate that the room is small as I said, but it is still a very comfortable stay

Great location and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable overall. The shower barely worked but that’s not a big deal. My main complaint is that I requested a late checkout which the front desk worker approved. They said I could check out at 12:00 instead of 11:00 which I was grateful for. Then the housekeeper walks into my room without knocking at 10:45 while I was still in bed. She then returns at 11:20 and walks in again without knocking. Imagine if I had been in any sort of compromising position and was barged in on twice by the cleaning staff. That’s unacceptable in my opinion, especially when paying nearly $400 for a room. It was New Year’s Eve so I totally understand the inflated price, but for that kind of money I expect a bit more courtesy from the staff.

Our room itself was very dark because windows were facing another building. We stayed just for one night so it didn’t really matter. They also didn’t have any cattle or anything like that to make tea so I had to ask for hot water which was not really convenient. The hotel itself is really old but with modern design, and our room seemed to be clean. What I really enjoyed is the location: walking distance to metro, downtown, restaurants etc.
