My family stayed for 3 nights in early October 2023 and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very clean, modern and the AC made our stay very comfortable. The best part of our stay was the courteous staff that attended to our every request. We arrived early and the staff was able to expedite our room check in. They also provided us with free luggage storage after check out on our last day before our train ride out of Paris. I would definitely visit again and recommend this hotel to all families. The location is also good and well served by the train station close by. The area also has nice options for food and has a pharmacy/general store nearby.

Stayed here for a night and it was a decent experience. Room was on the smaller side and staff were friendly but there were some language barriers. Prior to staying I e-mailed them asking if there were vegan options and they said they would "we can do our utmost to give you vegan option". When I inquired the specifics of what could be offered they later said the best they could do was plain vegetables and soya milk. No hot food options so I was disappointed because I booked the hotel based on the fact my family would be able to eat. Communication is not the best and a hotel should not say they can do their "utmost" and the best they can do is some plant milk and raw veggies. Unlikely to return.

Great place and great service. Near bus/metro station so it is easy to go anywhere by public transport. The room is small like other hotels in the city center but well-orgnized, especially it has a small balcony. Absolutely recommended.
