Rather average. The gentleman behind the reception desk appeared rather preoccupied with his crisps. The rooms are super tiny, but perhaps this is the norm at 180 EUR per night in Paris? The location is alright, though being on the first floor didn’t help with privacy and noise cancellation. This could not have been changed, apparently.

Nice and clean hotel in a central location. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Giving 3 stars because of one old female receptionist who was EXCEPTIONALLY rude. Upon arrival, we said we’d like to check in, she refused to interact in any language other than French and rolled her eyes and scoffed 5 times during the conversation. This was a very uncomfortable interaction, and it almost felt like a joke. Gobsmacked that someone with such a foul attitude can work in the hospitality industry. Aside from this staff member, would recommend because of location. However wifi was a bit slow.

The position is why I chose this hotel, is nearby the opera just by few steps and there’s also metro and rer that goes directly to Disneyland which was very helpful for us that we travel abroad. The staff was very kind, and the reception is open 24h. I reckon that the hotel should be renovated but over all we had a nice stay. We stayed in the superior room and it had a lovely balcony, was pretty spacious, had a mini fridge, also a kettle which I did find it quite a lovely surprise. However I didn’t like the bathroom door so much, it didn’t close too well and the shower was too slow
