Three of us stayed in your hotel last Saturday 12/16/2023 and I want to tell you about the wonderful experience we had with Charles the front desk clerk. He was so helpful and accommodating in reserving us a taxi to the airport for the following morning. Also very informative and recommended several good eating places for us. He was a true delight to talk to and you are very lucky to have him on your staff. We enjoyed our conversation with him and could have talked to him for hours. He is certainly a keeper! The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect for our stay.

The staff were kind and helpful. Our room although small was very well laid out and functional. The room decor is updated with all the modern conveniences and built in USB ports. Most importantly, it was very clean! The location was ideal for exploring Paris by metro or just walking. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants right outside. We felt very safe and it was very quiet even when we had the window open.

The room was very clean and well kept. Very detailed oriented and comfortable. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and personable. Good small breakfast. Highly recommend!

Very convenient for Gare de nord. Surprisingly quiet for a busy street. Double opening windows. Large shower. Good continental breakfast with some extra hot items . Friendly staff. Nice bars and restaurants nearby. Whilst we were there the lift was not working but staff were apologetic and helped with bags. It is a bit expensive (it feels more mid range than luxury) Train theme is nice.

It was very late at night into the early hours of a Monday morning and I was in quite distress after a very negative experience with the cancelation and a confrontation with a bus driver. Your night receptionist (French young gentleman who also could speak Spanish) instantly made me feel welcome and safe. He was very nice and kind, after checking me in, he went out of his way to find me some fruit and mineral water because I had mentioned I was hungry and tired. After a shower and few hours rest, he was equally generous during my checkout. He quickly prepared a small breakfast bag so I could take it on the first train our of Paris. He genuinely made an effort to help me and to make me feel comfortable. I am very thankful for him and he is a great asset for your hotel. I'm only sorry I didn't ask his name. I will definitely book this hotel on my next intentional stay in Paris.
