Hotel Wizpark Ratchada

(Written 6th November 2023) There were some really severe hygiene problems during MY one night stay (last day of my trip) 1. Water is self/service outside of your room. For my case, the glass water bottles in the room still had left-over liquid from the previous guest, meaning they were not changed or cleaned. 2. The room was still very dirty, there was so much dirt and dust particles on the counter, the floor, and the headboard above the bed, that my friend and I sneezed as soon as we got settled in. 3. There were a few things missing from the rooms most notably hand-soap for the sink. It’s the bare minimum, we had to use the body soap to wash our hands. 4. In addition to everything, there’s no elevator, which wouldn’t be a deal breaker under normal circumstances but on top of everything, it made my stay feel very unpleasant and depressing. Overall, I just don’t think this is the most hygienic nor most well-managed hotel in the city for the price that you’re paying. * To the hotel staffs: Please improve on the points written above. * To the readers: I’m sorry to say this but avoid if you can.

Very clean and neat. Our items were clearly not touched during housekeeping and the room is kept very clean and neat. Good soundproofing, basically couldn't hear anything from outside in the room. Would definitely come again when I visit Thailand.
