For a budget hotel, this hotel is great. The room is spacious, clean, and have a big windows. There's wifi, and hot water is working well. There's a lot of food stall near the hotel in the morning & night. Minimarket near by. Parking is available for free. And 30 min driving from PIK ( Pantai Indah Kapuk ). Only local tv channel available. Amenities are complete. Sorry, I have no picture for this hotel 🙏😊

The service is bad. The atmosphere of the hotel is creepy. Bad smell in the room. The telephone in my room was broken, so it's hard for me to contact the hotel service. No towel in my last day, I don't know why. Unfortunately after you complain to receptionist, there's no action! The coordination between the hotel staf is really bad because in the last day when I want to check out, they ask me where is the towel, even they check my luggage! But, i appreciate the procedure, but why the previous receptionist doesn't note my report about towel. It's not a big thing, but customer satisfaction must be number one. For 3 stars hotel, I don't know why this hotel has 3 stars, but cost is cheap, so maybe I have to consider it.

I don't have the idea why people give bad star for this hotel? I stayed in this hotel for two nights due to flood. Although this hotel is old but the room is clean, hot water is working, plumbing is OK, smells good and the most important it is the cheapest hotel around the area with easy access to the main road. Dark and creepy? I don't think so. Bad front office? It is not, they were nice. If you want more, set you mind to pay for more rather than bad mouthing.

Cannot see why people bring out 1/5 stars, just like it has no plus value. This is the cheapest hotel around the area, and also the most proper one. Do not compare it with 3 - 5 stars hotel please. Creepy?depends on you, not for me. Bad front office?it is true, but still, mind about your price. Cleanliness?last time I went there, it is clean enough for me. If you want all goods hotel, pay for more.
