It is a classic and beautiful space. Neat but the lighting is a bit dark. Few services are provided. Recommended for someone who wants to stay in a clean place. (Bad smells bathroom, so it's a little difficult to use bathroom.) I booked a price that included breakfast on Agoda, but the restaurant was not open, so I was advised to buy breakfast from a nearby morning market. The location is right next to the night market, so it is easy to access tourist attractions.

I rated from an experience that my parents faced to. My parents decided not to stay because the price they phoned in two days before and the price on the actual day(they wanted to see the difference of the room between two prices so they walk-in instead of booking) and they said they were going to avani instead and the receptionist said that avani is much more expensive with a looked down attitude to my parents. Please try to fix this to improve a better service but to me and my parents, we wouldn’t go there again😃

The hotel was clean, rooms well kept and very clean, toilet and shower very new location just off the main street, and there was the problem. On the first night we were given a room right on and overlooking the street, it was impossible to sleep, we asked to be moved but no other rooms were available luckily I had some ear plugs. We moved the third night and had no problems except for large groups of noisy fellow travelers, all in all it was not value for money there are better options available.

Very clean and nice hotel. I would stay here again given I could choose the room location. Everything seems relatively new. Cons: We asked for a room not facing the street after reading reviews that it’s super loud. Unfortunately we did not get one and going to sleep is loud like sleeping on the street. The windows are not sound proof and are only close with a latch. My Apple Watch says an average of 30-40 dB of loudness in the room next to street. Luckily I had earplugs to sleep. There is also no WiFi in the room and need to come to the reception or open area outside of the room next to the parking lot to get WiFi. No room service from the restaurant. Also when you wake up, the smell of exhaust from the room fills the air due to the location next to the street. Pros: Centrally located next to everything in the city. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Nice and friendly staff. Airport pick up is $10 USD, which is reasonable given it is a van with air conditioning. You however need to pay this ride in cash. The reception can also order you a Tuk Tuk or driver to take you anywhere you need to go and this can be charged to the room. The shower is huge and a walk in. Water bottles are refilled daily.
