Good evening, guys beware. I can say this place at one point was very nice and kept up with along with way more nicer and welcoming front desk people. Now as of 06/02/3023 12:01 we discovered bed bugs and a HUGE COCKROACH on our wall. We went down to ask for the following three, neither we're given. We were just sent back up to the room. Request were: Refund, different room or at the very least a new comforter. We are very upset and paid extra 20 to check in earlier. We were loyal guest and as expected, we thought would be another good stay. But instead a bed bug tragedy with no help whats so ever. Very disappointing and we will never bring are service back here. Shut it down!!

Took room 106. The bath tub faucet leaks water continuously. The white bedsheets have permanent stains. They provide you tiny bar soaps which only last once. You don’t have the option of reusing it.

Pros: Inexpensive, good decor, good location, well lit at night. Room includes a basic mini fridge, microwave, TV, iron + ironing board, basic toiletries. There is a pay-per-use washer and dryer in the breezeway, which we did not use. Manager clearly cares about customer care. Cons: Requested non-smoking room for our stay, received a room where someone was clearly smoking recently as it reeked of smoke and there was a cigarette left on the exterior window sill. Requested a room change, the new room smelled *slightly* less of cigarette smoke, but didn't want to bother the manager anymore as he let us check in early free of charge. Cigarette burns were randomly everywhere throughout the unit, in the sheets and comforters (which had stains as well), on the furniture, on the toilet. Cleaning left something to be desired but wasn't totally awful. Bath towels were provided but were very small. Ceiling light and fan wouldn't turn on and were seemingly for decoration. This place could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall, it was on the lower range of what we expected given the price. I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again, but wouldn't totally write it off as an option.

Rooms look nice and brings an at home feeling online but that is not the case in person! My gf and I checked into a room and there was roaches and a spider on the restroom floor. Got a new room and it was dingy. Housekeeping does not seem kept up over here. Tried to get refunded and was told I had to wait until after 6 am… so here we are without a room and our money basically taken
