The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. In addition, the breakfast was very good. The beds were also very comfortable and the rooms were clean :)

Sobo was very conflicted about putting the stars, but the courtesy of the host overcame some of the flaws of the place. There is no lift so only light luggage. The room isn't much, it could do with a refresh, but it's clean, which is half the battle. The breakfast isn't like a hotel, but they brought it to my room and that's worth a 🌟. Logistically it's not the best, but the low price for Florence makes up for the rest

Breakfast was included in the service and never arrived, according to the announcement the room was supposed to be air conditioned but not even a hint of air conditioning, the bathroom door (shared bathroom) didn't close, the room wasn't that great and the cleanliness wasn't the best. The only positive note is the availability of the boy who manages the structure.
