Amazing apartment with big and comfortable rooms. Check in was smooth. But it is a little far from the center.

It was just so unconfortable: In the midle of the sumer the flat was very very hot like, even hotter then the outside! We could't sleep because of the heat, so we asked for a fan via WattsApp; the admnistrator saw the message and didn't gave a feedback. Nasty shower cabin with fungus on the ceeling. So noisy outside. No microwave. No capsules for dishwasher. Not enough crockery. The doors were very noisy. Just to let you know that on the second night I had to sleep next to the open freezer, so I could rest a bit (the heat made the flat very unconfortable).

Appartement was spacious and had almost everything we needed. Almost indicates a lack of air conditioning though, which in July was quite significant. The appartement is also quite far from the centre using the excellent metro does make this less of a problem.

No problems with check-in and check-out, even on 31/12 and early in the morning. Very cosy and big apartment with large balcony, everything was clean. The kitchen was well equipped, even a washing machine was present. Very friendly guardian, who was always reachable for solving problems. Milan City Centre can be reached in 20-35 minutes by bus and metro all day and night.

Booked 2 bedroom apartment but was given 1 bed apartment I was traveling with a friend, so therefore booked a 2 bed room apartment, we were given a single bedroom apartment with a double bed. Complained to the manager, who promised to rectify this the following day. The next day we were told the single bedroom apartment was all that was available and all the apartments had been booked months ago. Very very poor service. The apartment itself was very basic, the bathroom fittings, toilet seat etc loose. Our 3 night stay in Milan was marred by this accommodation. Avoid at all costs
