Stayed here for nearly 2 weeks. It was good, not great, could be amazing with some adjustments. The location is very convenient, a few minutes walk from the metro (8/9) and a few different bus routes. Two grocery stores less than a block away. The hotel itself is nice overall, many of the staff speak English and were so nice and patient while I was trying to speak in French with them. The rooms were very small including the bathroom and shower, but to be expected and standard for Paris. I liked that water was provided in the fridge each day when it was cleaned. The bed was okay ish in comfort, but the pillows were horrible! The experience could be easily improved with some new pillows. The carpet is a bit worn out and our door had to be pulled hard to ensure it was actually latched. The room was very warm, even with the heater set to off. We had the window open most of the time (during December). If I were to visit Paris again, I'd likely choose a bit of a nicer hotel, but the value is absolutely here for this hotel. Last thing, it's super weird how there's a lot of 5 star reviews with little to no comments and the reviewers have 1-2 total reviews. Appears like bots are writing reviews for this hotel.

Nice, located well, personnel is friendly. We didn't have hot water the first morning, and we were partly reimbursed without asking. Breakfast could be a little bit of better quality as well as the choice of coffee.

Location, location and location! I loved its excellent location in a great neighbourhood. There were many nice restaurants and cafes around, and the metro station, Grand Boulevard, was less 5 minutes walk. Unfortunately, my room was right next to the lift, and the view from my window wasn’t that great. The room is pretty basic, but it was spacious enough for Paris and for a solo traveler like myself. And its great value somehow compensated….. I will probably go back to this hotel.

Excellent value for money. The hotel is in the heart of Paris, close to everything and offers entertainment for all ages a short distance away. The hotel is a 3 star hotel - the room is not big, but it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The only drawback is that there is no coffee in the morning, but near the reception there is a coffee machine available, 24 hours, at no extra cost. The gym is well equipped, compared to a 3-star hotel. If there was a weight bar or slightly heavier weights, it would be a serious upgrade. In addition, the hotel has a list of recommended restaurants that they might want to check the suggestions on the list again. Beyond that, the service is excellent and I must personally admit that due to an emergency, I had to leave a night earlier and the hotel manager helped me, which shows me that they are not only looking at the money, but also about your experience as a customer. I will definitely go back there again.
