Online it said there was a view of the Eiffel Tower. They didn't lie....but the view was minimal. The desk help spoke very little english. The room was very small but clean and comfortable. The desk clerks smoked right by the front door. The lobby's vending machines did not work. The elevator is tiny, 4 person capacity. All in all it served its purpose. Bring all your own toiletries as none are provided.

Value for money, the rooms are small. About 5 min walk to the metro station with fast access to major attractions.

We had a really bad experience, the rooms were in a terrible state and they tried to blame us for breaking the bathroom door even though we had video proof showing it was there before we came, and the beds had bedbugs. Additionally, the receptionist was very rude to us and got angry when we wanted to leave to go to the corner store to get water. Lastly, the receptionist kept knocking on our doors telling us to be more quiet even though we were trying to sleep and not making a sound.

We arrived and was a bit taken back by the ambiance, but we were in Paris and wanted to experience a Parisian hotel. We reserved a triple bedroom, upon assignment and arriving to our room, again another disappointment. The triple room was just that, a room with three beds, the room smelled of mold, hardly any space to move about and the bathroom was horrendous. The idea of taking a shower was repulsive. We decided to address the issue with the staff and they were accommodating to change our room. Oh, did I mentioned that the view to the previously assigned room was a brick wall? Although the newly assigned room was a tad bit bigger, the bathroom, though shabby was a bit better that the former. We communicated with the staff about about the pictures on line in comparison to the actual rooms and were informed that the picture on line were updated, however, they were still nothing like the actual rooms. In addition, the website depicted a view from the Eiffel towers. That must have been the premiere room as the towers was a half hour train ride from the hotel. The website depicted this hotel as a three star, but it is far from such assessment. The one positive I have of our stay was the staff, they were accommodating and friendly.
