Nice welcome. Good localization. A modest coffee package: paper cups, only black coffee and tea. Old and noisy air conditioning. Broken hair dryer. The rooms are small but the bed is very comfortable. 24/7 reception. Helpful. Good hotel but not 3 stars.

Overall it was a horrible stay for us. The room was incredibly small and old, you cannot even turn around in the room. We paid an extensive amount for such a tiny room in a remote area of Paris. The management’s approach to customers was even worse and cheap, they only provided 2 teas for the first night and never refreshed those, not even the paper cups. Never seen this kind of bad treatment anywhere in the world. The bathroom was smelly and humid. Everything in the room was old, I even burnt my finger on an old kettle. I highly disrecommend this hotel.

Rooms are a little tired, but clean and comfortable. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast choice wasn't huge, but good quality and enough to get you going for the day. Good location with the metro 2 mins walk and the Eiffel tower 15-20 mins walk. Plenty of nice bars and restaurants in the local area.

For being on the lower end of the cost scale, I would say that the accomodation here has exceeded expectations The room is on the smaller side, but spacious enough to do what you need. It seems most accomodation In Paris is on the smaller scale so from this point it is probably on par. Service is great, with a very homey welcoming feel. We struggle with French and the staff is nothing but great to interact with. We found this location to be perfect. The Eiffel Tower is walking distance down the street with ample cafes just around the corner. Public transport in Paris is excellent and so we never felt any requirement to be any closer. We actually enjoyed escaping the craziness of the crowds to come back to our accomodation Ultimately you get what you pay for, but at this price point we couldn’t have been happier with our stay
