I rarely give hotel reviews as they are usually a one off experience. Here are my notable experiences: - This is the first hotel I have experienced that does not top up toiletries (only soap, shower gel and shampoo) when they make up your room. If it's once, i can understand as they might have forgotten, but it is 2 days in a row. The first day i checked in at 7am and requested for them to top up the toiletries since i've used them for a shower. They did not and I got to come downstairs to request for them. Nope, they dont deliver to your room like good hotel service. So, depending on how generous you are, it could be 3 days in a row where they dont top up toiletries. No toothbrush/toothpaste is provided. - Lift functions erratically. Sometimes the lift door will get stuck at level 3 for no reason and won't close. Good luck if you got bad knees and am living on the fifth story. Depending on your luck, you might not experience this. So factor in a non-functioning lift. - Last day of stay, the door at the main entrance wont work. The receptionist will have to use his force to open the sliding door for you to enter or exit.

Don’t understand all the negative reviews! + : Room was clean, aircon worked, powerful and warm shower. close to train station which was perfect for us. Can walk to most places. For the price, it is what you pay. - : Only improvement would be a sheer curtain so the hotel across the way wasn’t looking in and the receptionist was on their phone when we arrived and we had to interrupt them to check us in. Only stayed one night but room was small so wouldn’t be good for a long stay.
