The reception staff is very helpful! I enjoyed my stay in Paris there. When I come back to Paris, I will stay there again! Also, spa is great. I made direct reservation via official website, which was more cheaper than booking. com. The location is perfect. Metro station is close to the hotel and so many restaurants are around. The room is not so spacious, but it’s ok. The bathroom is clean.

Great location. Room 4 stars because my wife reckons the carpet could do with a good clean. And back of the bathroom door needs cleaning. Service: we did not have that much interaction with staff, however the person/s attending the front desk were very pleasant. The room was made up each day to a good standard. There is an electric jug to make a cup of tea or coffee. 2 tea bags and 2 coffee sachets and 2 milk pods supplied. We bring our own tea bags. There is a fridge in the room, so we purchased a bottle of fresh milk from the local Carrefour mini Market. Location: fantastic with nearby metro stations and walking distance to the likes of The Louvre. Would definitely stay here again.

Had everything that we wanted and location was superb. Staff were on hand 24hrs, helpful and very friendly. We paid extra for spa acess which was great, after a day trekking around the sites; all of which were within easy walking distance. The eateries close by were very well priced, varied culturally and clean as a whistle.
