First room had no heat during winter. We had to wait next day to switch rooms. Second room had a little bit of heat. Everything was dirty. I wish I was lying but no. The service lady was really rude and refused to provide me with another towel. After I was refused a towel, I kept getting side eyed by her and everyone else here. You can’t keep your room key and must give it up each time you exit their “hotel”. Each day was a new person behind the front desk. Very odd experience and wouldn’t recommend. I booked this place last second and sincerely regret it.

A quaint hotel on the main road just down from the moulin rouge so very central and only a 30 min walk from gare du nord. The staff are there 24/7 and are very friendly, and thankfully spoke excellent English as my French is poor! The 2 person lift is tiny but definitely an experience worth doing! Stairs are also available to the rooms of course. The rooms are a decent size, clean and well appointed. Road noise was evident in the room but there are electric shutters which block the worst of it. There are 2 metro stops nearby, and plenty of places to eat & drink within a 5 min walk. Free tea and coffee in the morning at the hotel too. Overall this is a lovely hotel and I’d definitely return here again.

Super location (safe and central zone), super conditions (clean and we were lucky enough to even have a balcony with street view), free coffee and tea at every hour, near by the bus and metro station and very kind personnel. Congrats to this hotel!!!!

We had a great time and experience staying at this Hotel. We spent 4 nights. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. The room itself is absolute clean and organized, it’s a good size for two and the heaters are awesome. The bed is very comfortable and there is a towel heating. The location is very good, we could do a lot of stuff just walking, if you don’t mind walking, you can do a lot just walking. But it’s also a bus stations and metro station nearby. There are many supermarkets and restaurants around. There is a coffee machine at the hotel where you can get coffees, hot chocolate or teas for free the whole day. Nice treat. I highly recommend this place.
