The stay was a stunning little room, a good distance to the city centre and major train stations. The most exceptional part was owner Yaz. He was a gem right from the moment we entered and his personality made up for everything. He showed genuine care and warmth and he loves hosting. Every customer is important to Yaz. He accommodated anything and I cannot be more grateful for his service. I will state- the bathrooms aren't the easiest to use but this review is based more on service than the actual amenities and facilities of the hotel. Nothing was too difficult to deal with. Yes the bathroom is small but it's not a problem. It's still clean. The hotel is great for it's price and if you're expecting 5 star amenities, then you're not going to find this review helpful. However if you're a traveller happy to be flexible and looking for some warmth from the staff, this is the perfect little family business to stay at. Thank you Yaz and the team.

Listed as a 2 star hotel so marked accordingly. Lots in the news about bed bugs in Paris, so a little concerned on arrival however this room was spotless and cleaned every day. The staff were wonderful and friendly. Would highly recommend except that I don't want to find it fully booked when I want to go back :).

Yaz was an INCREDIBLE host. We do not speak French and he was extremely helpful and understanding. He made our stay much better. He even called a taxi for us. The rooms were just what we needed for our one night stay, it was clean and comfortable. Would stay again. Thank you Yaz!

Super close to the Gare du Nord for Eurostar, rooms are basic but super clean and service is top class. Yaz went out of this way to accommodate us over the Rugby World Cup, and finding us extra rooms. Hotel is well appointed near metro and lots of awesome restaurants, bakeries and bars down the road. The hotel became a happy base over numerous rugby matches. Will def stay again .

This is the best option for tourists who are looking for a budget stay in Paris and want to stay close to the main tourist places . The location of this hotel is perfect as it is very close to metro stations almost at a walking distance of 350 - 400 metre. A lot of good options for restaurants are there, which are just on the same road as the hotel, and if you want to try an Indian restaurant, it is also there just next to the hotel. Rooms are equipped with all the amenities which are needed for a comfortable stay. It has a coffee machine, small freezer, locker, table fan and kettle for warming water. I loved my stay here and would recommend this hotel to everyone.
