This would be one of the worst places I ever stayed at. First they give you a written quote, then when you come to stay, they charge you more with no hope of paying what you were quoted as it is covered by bank security. I have tried, but they ignore my requests. Second, the room is crap, the light near the bed has a mind of its own, it goes on and off as it pleases. The bathroom has a broken towel rack, no plug in the basin, no floor mat when you get out of the shower, the shower head sits on the taps as the bracket to hold it is broken, no face washer available. The lift is halfway between 2 floors, you have to climb up from the ground floor to get to it. To get to your room, you either climb half a floor, or walk down half a floor. WEIRD. Breakfast is cheap, and I mean cheap. 5.50 euros per person, the choice of jam is orange marmalade or orange marmalade. There was honey, just enough for one slice of bread, had to wait for somebody to go to the shop to get more. Coffee was OK as long as you like it black, there was some floaty in the milk. I don't think a hot breakfast was available, i did not inquire. If there was something good in this place, I don't know what it is, I never found it. By the way I still have no reply or refund for the extra charge as of today. Paris is the most beautiful place in the world, host of the 2024 Olympics, I really feel for the people who will stay in this place not knowing what they will be up against. I do hope after reading this that you will give this place a MISS. I have posted my findings of this place to the "Paris Office of Tourism"

This is the perfect hotel if you need somewhere cheap to put your head down. If you are looking for a traditional hotel experience this is not for you. Stayed here two weekends during the Rugby World Cup. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Staff very nice, especially when they seen us back for a second weekend. Ideal location a short walk from Gare du Nord métro which will get you going in any direction from there.

This is not a hotel, that is a hell. If you want to know how the hell is, that is right location. The staff, rooms...etc. are horrible. The dirty are their principle. Meanwhile, if you have family the hotel and its street is not trustable.

How this hotel stays open is beyond me. They don’t even give you pillowcases or hand soap. There is very obvious wallpaper placed to cover mold, not like they can hide the horrendous smell of mildew in the rooms. This hotel always has loud guests at night, so if you’re thinking “It’ll suffice, I’ll only be sleeping there,” you’re wrong. You can’t stay out late either; you get locked out of the hotel if you’re not back before 10 PM because there’s no staff. That means no nights out drinking or getting to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. There’s mysterious stains on the wall, the windows don’t close properly, and the lights constantly flicker. This hotel is so gross.

Horrible experience, staff is extremely impolite. I called to ask the receptionist some questions and he replied in a very rude way. Totally inappropriate. He told me to stop calling because he was extremely busy and that he was not the manager, therefore he could not tell me how much I would have to pay for the stay. It was as simple as multiplying price per night times the number of nights I was gonna stay at that hotel, I believe it was not that hard. It was not necessary to get so rude. Just because of that, I have cancelled my reservation.
