Superb location. Excellent selection of breakfast food. Very helpful Hotel Manager (Laurent). Negatives:- 1. Barely adequate size room for a deluxe balcony 2. No hooks to hang towels 3. No conveniently placed power socket and mirror for hairdryer 4. Stale water left in kettle and coffee maker 5. General cleanliness was only adequate especially the toilet 6. No room cleaning during 6 night stay Positives:- 1. Towels and bathroom products replaced daily 2. Comfortable bed 3. Great breakfast 4. Courteous staff

Do not stay here. The service personnel are like night and day. The first couple of days they were great. However, the woman working day shift then last couple of days has been awful. I told her that our toilet was cracked and needed to be replaced. When we left this morning the toilet seat was still cracked. I made sure the do not disturb sign was taken off the door because we had left it on the day before. When we returned, the toilet seat was completely broken. We didn't get in until almost 23:00 and there was no way they could get it fixed this evening. The poor man working tonight had to listen to me fuss about the broken seat and how had Victoria done her job it would have been repaired. He was very nice and very apologetic but it is definitely not a place I would recommend. Paris is easily accessible via the Metro. If you are on a budget, find somewhere further out with rooms that are possibly roomier with more consistent service. If you are younger and without medical conditions that cause frequent urination, this place may be an okay option.

Location can’t be beat. The rooms are small but typical for Paris-very clean and nice large bathroom. Guest services were great, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Selected this hotel due to the proximity of a lot of local attractions and cost. Hotel room itself was very cool and quaint. Not super fancy but nice and it suited me and my family of 5. Very close to restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All the staff members spoke multiple languages. Very easy to communicate with them and ask for anything. Overall, Hotel Elixir served its purpose for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
