First, Francesca is a GEM!💎 She is very friendly & helpful. The hotel's location is absolutely superb. There are at least five different metro lines within a 5-8 minute walk. The rooms are small but very well thought out. We opted for the room with a balcony but didn't use it because it was chilly in December, and we were on the go and didn't find the time. It was, however, lovely. My primary & pretty much only issue was that our bed was extremely HARD! We didn't get a good night's sleep because we were accustomed to such a firm mattress.

I really hold back giving reviews of this kind but really visitors and the hotel needs to know and take drastic measures. First of all I am very surprised about how the hotel made it to 4 stars. I’ve waaay better experiences in 3 stars hotels. First of our room did not have a minibar even tho there was the place for it, they said its normal … then the hair dryer melted and destroyed itself after 2 seconds of use, my wife nearly burnt her hand and hair, no worries it happens. The next day the elevator broke down and on the same the hot water of the whole hotel too. The breakfast has very limited choices. Its too bad because the rooms for example need a tiny bit of touche up paint and attention to detail. I am writing hoping the hotel will work on these because there are many positive aspects to it. The location is great in a very quiet neighborhood. The team is extremely friendly and have handled all the problems in a very smooth way and showcasing a lot of their adaptive skills. The hotel in general is extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Best of luck for them.

Reduction for the parking Paris Gare Saint-Lazare doesn’t work at all. Booked a room with a bath. They give us a room with only a shower. At the lobby they say we didn’t mention our choice, is what they see in their system. At the end they give in to give a room with a bath. I’m questioning what a 4* hotel nowadays means. It was narrow and the rooms are very cold when you walk in. When you check out they give you a ticket for a reduction at the nearest parking. Parking Station Saint Lazare. Didn’t work. We needed to be in the neighbour but it’s the last time for this one.

Our front desk concierge, Regis was one of our favorite people we met on this trip! Informative, hilarious, and super sweet. Thanks for making our anniversary booking special! We loved our clean room with a terrace and view! The morning breakfast was delicious! Loooved the coffee machines in the lobby and breakfast area and the freshly-made juice in the morning! 😍❤️🇫🇷❤️
