The property was very clean, facilities and amenities were exceptional. The mattress and pillow were like sleeping on a cloud. The quality of the decor, service and kitchen food and drinks were a cut above any other hotels in the area. Very good location to commute to numerous places in the city. Very safe, as doors were always locked to anyone not a part of the hotel, which helped considering the very busy neighbourhood. Spa was exceptional.

Great hotel, I really enjoyed my stay there. This hotel is relative new and put together very well. The staff are a credit to the hotel and all of them are very friendly and professional. Virgil and Raquel deserve a special mention. The area is very central, next to the Gare de l'Est Station. My only issues were the breakfast did not have many options if you didn't eat pork. They should offer fish or turkey options. You have to pay extra to use the pool and only get 45 minutes, which I don't think is a great policy. Other than those 2 issues, I would have given it 5 Stars, a really good hotel and no bed bugs!

the hotel was super comfortable, good bed linen and towels. most of the time silent and comfortable bed. Very tasty breakfast with variety. Very relaxing and clean spa and very good professional service at the spa too. The location is also good, close to the metro and restaurants, but at night it is good to be careful. Overall, I really liked the comfort, cleanliness, location, breakfast and spa. I just didn't like one situation, an employee who works at reception, her service was extremely rude and rude, I almost canceled the reservation the moment I was attended to by her but I let it go. Unfortunately, the other employee didn't want to tell me her name but You will recognize her appearance, she is thin, white skin, medium height and black hair. I will never forget how badly she treated me. Other than that, the hotel is great.

For the price in Paris, it’s a good spot that is maybe 10m from a subway stop. Room are clean and nice. No fridge in rooms, TVs are slightly dated and paying for the pool and steam room seems partially unreasonable. However, the staff are amazing. If you have the privilege (which it truly was) to meet Virgile, consider yourself lucky. He recommended some of the best food we ate in Paris, better than the Michelin restaurants we booked. He helped make my proposal special and was just an amazing person to have a conversation with. He made the stay at the hotel special.
