I recently stayed at a Hôtel Excelsior and it was as delightful experience. The location was perfect, situated in the center of the city, making attractions like Galleries Lafayette, metros, and charming restaurants easily accessible. The hotel staff's helpful and courteous demeanour added to the positive experience. Although the room was on the smaller side, it surprisingly provided a very comfortable stay for our party of three. I loved the early morning view from my balcony Overall, a great choice for those looking for a cozy and well-located accommodation in the City of Light.

I had a very pleasant stay here. I shared a triple with my family, which was at the corner and had a great balcony view. Despite being a triple, it didn't feel cramped, even for a Parisian hotel, as there was ample closet space and desk surfaces for working or getting ready. The bathroom had a shower/tub combination, which was roomy all things considered. Great location, with easy access to shopping, food, and the metro. Most importantly, it was spotless and clean! We were concerned about the news of bed bugs in Paris, and inspected every mattress, headboard, and any area with fabric. Slept soundly knowing it was all clean.

We were very happy with our stay here. Jean Marc was friendly & very helpful. We had reservations for lunch & the Louvre the day we arrived early so he took care of our luggage for us until we returned. It was rainy few days & pre-made taxi arrangements for us to get to Moulin Rouge & for our ride back to the airport, he also just made us feel as at home as someone can in a hotel. The rooms were clean, we had a balcony and location was great. We would definitely come stay here again if we come back to Paris!
