Nice little hotel in great location. Rooms are comfortable and good size for Paris standards. Just be aware that it is a bit noisy at night if room on side of street and you can hear the metro as it passes under the hotel if you are on first floor. Didn't bother us as we were out late that night

I LOVED IT! It's a small 3 star boutique hotel in a prime location in downtown Paris. 10 min drive to Eiffel tower and lots of cafes and other touristic places around. Given it's location it's quite expensive but worth it. We were a family of 4 and took the bigger room and they were nice enough to add an extra bed for a reasonable fee. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast is well presented and the omelets are delicious. Definitely recommended.

Fine hotel in the middle of Paris. Service was good and the room in general too, but there was a lot of noise from the metro line roaming below the hotel and my room only had a shower inside a bath tub, which was quite a small space for tapper people like myself. I would have preferred a separate shower and tub, or just a good shower and no bath tub.

The room is large but the space between the bed and the wall is about a foot or less. If you have a medium suitcase or larger it won’t pass through. They put metal on the wall which will tear up your suitcase. They tell you to roll it across the bed after rolling it through the streets of Paris. Upon complaining, they say the manager is out for the day and to call tomorrow. You leave because you don’t even have space to open your luggage. 3 days later and no manager. Avi on the other hand says the metal is “decoration for you because you are a big man”. He confirmed that there is metal on the wall as decoration because I am overweight (was sarcasm). Booking tries to negotiate a refund as I never stayed the night and the property lied and said booking told them to only give them half (which is not true). If you want to stay by Opera, have a tiny bag and don’t care to interact with the staff, go for it. If not, I wouldn’t waste the $250+ on this place.
