This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. It is an older building and the rooms are dated but I kind of like that. The rooms are small but clean and serviced every day. It can be a little noisy as window open on to the street. I also didn't mind this. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was simple but nice. Walking distance to many popular attractions and close to a metro station. Close to a number of restaurants.

Horrible stay. The only good thing is the location. The hotel room wasn’t clean and no air conditioner. I left the hotel for two hours and when I came back my phone charger was missing. I explained this to the receptionist but we had to communicate through Google translate because they don’t know how to speak English. They didn’t do anything about the fact that I had lost my charger. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Room was small but enough for us. Clean. Newer bathroom, but the hotwater was more lukewarm. We liked that it was close to Cadet station. When we booked online it said there was a free breakfast. There wasn't.

We left this morning after 5 days stay. I read the comments after booking and I was pretty frightened by the negative reviews, so I tried to book another hotel, but it was already too late and I had to go with whatever it was. I am happy to say that our room was clean and warm. The room itself is small, but enought for two people. They changed our towels almost every day, but the sheets weren't changed even once for the whole stay. The room was cleaned every day and smelled pleasantly. There was hot water. The hotel itself is on very convenient location, witin walking distance to nice cafes, supermarkets and restaurants. The staff was very kind and helpful. There was a guy manding the brekfast bar between 23-27 december, whose name I didn't learn, but he was really nice and smiling (Thank you, Mr. for your easygoing personallity!). This morning we had to leave earlier at 7:20 a. m. and although the brekfast bar wasn't opened yet, they let us in and served us hot coffe and croissants. I am thankful for my whole stay!
