My wife and I were extremely pleased that we selected this hotel for our stay in Paris over the New Year holiday. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many of the sights of Paris. The hotel room was very nice and comfortable. Most importantly, the staff were awesome. Sandra, the hotel receptionist was very polite, friendly and helpful. Fernando, the bell hop/breakfast waiter, was equally polite, friendly and helpful. Isabella, the concierge, was incredible. Not only was she polite and friendly, but she was extremely knowledgeable about stores and restaurants in the area and helped us book our New Year’s Eve dinner as well as tickets for some of the local attractions. I highly recommend staying at the L’Horset Opera Hotel. This will be our hotel of choice when we return to visit.

Everyone was amazing and treated us like royalty :-) especially Housekeeping, room service, bar and concierge service. One man who seemed to do many jobs as a kind of Figaro or PassParTout is Anton Fernando! Anton consistently went above and beyond for our comfort and enjoyment. Mootimar was also great as were the ladies at the reception desk, whose names I, unfortunately, did not ask for. We recommend this place for your stay. Great location and accommodations.
