Just can’t beat this quaint hotel. We loved the room, the staff, and the coffee machine in the lobby. We enjoyed hanging out in the little square right around the corner. If we ever get back to Paris, there’s no place I’d rather stay.

Clean rooms and bed. Very cosy hotel with friendly and helpful staff at reception. Windows can open in rooms for fresh air. Wonderful location near many shops and restaurants. A short walk from many places of interest. Quiet street so very peaceful at night. Very nice buffet breakfast!

I had a great stay here; the hotel is located in a great spot and staff service was great, with an exception. My complaint with the staff service is regarding their laundry service. On the laundry form it clearly states laundry provided before 1100 will be ready the same day. I provided my clothes well before the same day cutoff time to ensure they would be ready before check out. But the next day, my clothes were not ready. The concierge also argued with me that even though I provided my clothes before the clearly stated cutoff time, that it translates to my laundry being ready “today or tomorrow”. This is unfortunate because all the other concierges were very hospitable, but this one was not willing to accept he was wrong even with all the evidence. Unfortunately I had to leave them behind as I had a train to catch.
