My family stayed here over the summer for five nights. It was spectacular! Certainly you get a feel for the aesthetic from the photos (which were spot on), so there were no surprises there. Beautiful, beachy, simple. What is not captured in the photos or in their website is the service. Khalil and team were superb! The best hotel service I have ever experienced, including all 5-star hotels I’ve had the opportunity to visit. Khalil responded to my (many) requests before our visit, arranged activities, and even helped us negotiate a tricky transportation situation. I cannot recommend this hotel for location, aesthetic/style, and service enough. If I could give an international standout service award for all restaurants and hotels I’ve ever visited, this would be the winner!

Hotel Le Sud is such a gem. We stayed for a week and will definitely be back. I don’t want to stay anywhere else. The hotel interior is gorgeous, giving homage to Southern French style beautifully. The staff is so sweet and polite. The pool are is gorgeous. I couldn’t stop taking pics!

A nice hotel, but more functional than anything. The self check in and check out made us feel like the staff didnt really want to interact, and overall makes for a pretty unwelcoming atmosphere. The pool is smaller than it appears on the photos, but a very charming area of the hotel. The rooms are small but have a unique feel to them. Again nothing outstanding but perfect for one night and the price. Reason for 3/5 is mostly the atmosphere and removed staff (which might be intentional), and a pretty bad smell in the lobby and our bathroom, prob due to old plumbing/sewage system.

The best hotel in the Antibes area!!! We got married in Antibes and all our friends stayed at Hotel le Sud. It was incredible! The team at Hotel le Sud are some of the kindest, most helpful and professional you will find in the area. They really are the ones that made the experience so seamless. The pool is awesome, the food truck has the best pizza I’ve ever had, the breakfast setup is perfect, and the location is central (3 minute walk to the beach, Juan Les Pins, and the train station!!) The interiors reflect the area so well, and set the mood for our whole weekend. The rooms were gorgeous, and everything was of high quality (beds/ showers/ bathrooms etc…) Khalil (the owner) went above and beyond to help organize things for us. Including transportation, beach bookings, and yoga mats! I am so grateful, and can’t wait to spend more summers at Hotel le Sud! Thank you!!!

Had an incredible time on our first time visit to the coast of France, which was elevated even further by the gracious hospitality and kindness of Hotel Le Sud. From the first time we check in and met Kalil to the time we checked out, everything was top notch. Special shout out to the man behind the bar from the Emerald Isle, Mr. Gordon. The man brings a proper dose of Irish hospitality to the Cote d Azure, and sets the tone for the entire stay. Hope to be back one day for sure!
