Expected luxurious renovated small Boutique hotel by marketing and images, received a decent 4star hotel. One should not start a review by saying yes, this is Paris and yes I had no expectations as I have been to Paris many times. Hotel is a renovated 4 star, situated in a typical small building so room sizes and layouts are adjusted to that, but the images show the hotel being more grand then it actually is, so it failed my expectations at 300+ EUR rate. At last it was clean, great bed, workable bathroom. Breakfast offer is tragic - eggs from powder, low quality products - the only one who saves the experience is Anne who runs breakfast and provided great service. Location is great, on Metro and next to Eiffel Tower in a lovely safe, clean area.

The location of this hotel is really cool and the renovation is very clean and pleasant. There is always staff available for such a small hotel. I did not book an Eiffel tower room but I thought the Executive room was well worth the upgrade. I appreciate the care the staff took to make everything right.

My mom and I stayed at the Le Walt on our last night in Paris and I would 100% recommend staying here. We got an Eiffel Tower view room and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly staff, very clean rooms, and a gorgeous view!

The hotel closed to Eiffel Tower, Rue Cler and many other attractions. We booked Eiffel Tower-view room and it was amazing, french and elegant style decoration with brilliant view, bathroom was spacious. Room clean-up service must be improved: I reminded the front office staff that housekeeper couldn’t move my objects on the table or bathroom, but they were moved and rearranged again!!! Moreover, housekeeper didn’t refill tissue paper besides the sink even there was no more.

This was my first time in Paris, traveling solo as well, and Hôtel Le Walt was the perfect place to stay! Located 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower (and 2 paces from a metro station), this cozy hotel has not only stunning rooms but every staff member I met was a delight. Not only were they very fluent in English, but helped facilitate taxi rides and kept my room spotless. Having visted in June, with most of Paris very sparingly using AC, I was relieved that this hotel has a powerful system to keep everyone cool. RECOMMENDATION: When purchasing a room, you have the option of choosing a plan that includes a daily breakfast. This is WORTH it - every morning I started my day with a lovely coffee, croissants, quiche, and hand-pressed juice. There is a whole cold bar of meats and yogurts and I believe there was even waffles as well. A great spread! NOTE: The only criticism I have (which is TINY) would be the fact there was no clock in my room, which was a bit disorienting at times, and there are only European outlets (no USB). It also worth mentioning that the bed I had was very firm, much to my liking but some people prefer something cushier.
