The staff in this hotel essentially *saved* my trip to Paris - I was on a work trip that I extended into a holiday, and a previous hotel tried to cheat me. My booking agent sent me here (erroneously told me he booked me here), however, the staff was so accommodating trying to help me and do their best to help me in a very stressful situation. It was late at night and they were doing their best to help even though my booking agent made the mistake. The room was nice. The cleaning staff was very nice - they cleaned *every* day which was nice. It was hot because it's Paris in the summer, but there were fans in the room to keep it cool. The location was great, too. This place is also in an amazing location. Highly, highly, recommended.

I stayed in Lebron hotel for 10 days this October. I arrived late in the night very tired from the long flight from Malaysia. The check in was extremely fast. Also I asked the receptionist where I can buy water and he gave me huge bottle as a gift, it was very important gesture for me given the night time and my tiredness. Rooms are small, but completely enough, especially if you look at it from the value for money aspect. My room was relatively recently renovated and clean. Also it was warm and comfortable. During next 10 days I found that location of the hotel is probably the best. The Cadet metro is in 200-300 m. I walked to Monmartr, Gare du L’Est, Galerie Lafayette. Starbucks is around the corner and it’s a rare place in Paris where you can get all types of coffee with any milk. Many places for breakfast, lunch, dinner: very traditional and international. I disclosed even the great Uzbek restaurant. I am a perfume collector and it’s located near Druot area where many auction houses located. And when I was leaving very early in the morning the nice man from reception helped me with my bags. But I should also mention very important thing. I was awaiting a parcel which arrived after I left. The hotel management agreed to keep it for me and my friend will pick it up after. So, there might be little issues in the hotel, but the management keeps customer focus in a way to keep us happy and comfortable. Every request was dealt upon immediately.
