Pretty building, easy check in, great location and very peaceful and quiet. If you go during a heatwave, take a fan, and maybe your own curtains as we did not have any in the room. You need your own bedding too as the one we had was ripped. But the room was clean and the TV was a nice addition. Not having towels was a big negative but if you take your own towels that would solve that problem too. Location was great and super walkable. Our biggest problem was the fact there was no curtains so we could not really open the window which is a big hole straight into the next building as it felt very exposed and vulnerable and it was uncharacteristically hot for Belgium which is not the hotel fault.

They never changed the towels in the 3 days we were there. Edit: I'm quite surprised that the owner want to communicate nowwith me. I wrote you on your whatsapp number when I was there to ask gently to have a cleanup of the room, but you never answer. Check your phone!.

We didn't like it at all. They asked you for a deposit of 50€ before arriving to give you the access code (this is apart from what you pay for the room). They send you a link to make a transfer. (The money is returned 7 days after the check out). There were no staff available for the check in or check out. It was a hot day in Brussel and the air conditioning didnt work at all. Two days latter we stayed in Brussel in a very nice hotel for the same price we paid here. I don't think this place worth it.

I booked a room with its own shower and toilet, with a double bed. I was in Brussels for a festival so I needed a place close to the central train station and close to the city’s centre so I can walk around and explore. I booked it through Airbnb and for the money I paid I wouldn’t be able to find anything close to what I had here. Don’t expect luxury, expect convenience, lovely service from the cleaning lady and great communication with the manager (Angelique). Amazing value for money and I definitely recommend it, especially if you are on a budget.
