Staff: Good-despite ignorance of my radiator problem Room: terribly dirty Toilet: super old, stain everywhere, smallest sink ever seen-your fingers keep touching the tap or bottom the sink when you wash your hands Bed: blood stain can be found Radiator: only 5% hot however the vent is not adjustable Air conditioner: automatically turned off in 10 minutes Floor: inclined - you can feel dizzy Sound proof: zero- from neighbouring rooms and from 3 exterior air conditioners installed outside the windows Lift: the smallest lift ever seen in my entire life, only fits 1 person + 1 luggage at a time Remote control: broken The Worst hotel I ever have ever seen in my 41 years life. You should try if you only stayed in good hotels all the times.

Rating the hotel based on the expectation of a 3-star hotel. Overall very satisfactory. The location is very good. The hotel is well-connected to the Metro stations (there is a Metro 7 and 8 nearby), bus stops, and walking distance to Gare du Nord. There are groceries and restaurants nearby. Hotel room is “cute” - small but fitted my needs. I had a double bed and a tub inside my room. The windows have the blackout screen - very nice feature since I had a room in the attic. Just one comment- the elevator is quite small and I could only take one luggage at a time. It can also only take one person at a time.

Tiny shower room with dated and scruffy decor. Dark narrow hallways with no light. Many rooms crammed into tiny space. Typically overpriced outdated Paris hotel. Location is great for authentic 9eme arrondissement.

For the price we were overall pleased with our stay. The staff is very friendly and we felt comfortable and safe. Small rooms but we had a nice balcony that over looked the streets. The bed and pillows were comfortable enough. I loved that there was a bath tub in our room as that’s how I like to relax after a long day of walking. On the weekend it can get loud with the restaurants out front, but that didn’t bother us. Great location! And the breakfast was decent, a good amount of options and a fair price. I’d recommend staying here if you’re looking to stay in Paris for a good price, great location and want nice friendly staff.

Full 5 stars for hospitality, cleanliness, and amenities. If you’re bringing you, friends and/or the fam to Paris for more than this hotel experience, you’re in the wrong town. The breakfast room was warm and filled with both carbs and proteins so one could choose their fill or mix n match. The AC works wonderfully. The room was clean, updated, and had lovely, super-white, linens. The front desk agents were really helpful and clearly wanted to ensure everyone had a good stay. Everything you need for a nice rest while in Paris.
