Very clean and comfortable room, but a bit on the small side. Very convenient location -- close to Gare Lazare and access to metro is just outside the front door. Several restaurants and cafes are right around the corner. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

We had trouble with getting onto the Wi-Fi and asked for help but could never get it working. Room was small but sufficient. Windows open which was nice because it got warm with the heat in the building on. I also had some issues with the front desk; they were going to charge me about €40 more than they were supposed to which they did change back thankfully. Overall, though, the hotel was sufficient and a great central location for public transport.

Our first night was uncomfortable because It was very hot and the air conditioning had problems. Fortunately, this issue was solved when they gave us another room - by the way, with a very good view, spacious and very clean. The hotel has a great location it’s close to everything.

Horribly loud hotel where it is virtually impossible to sleep. Bad isolation from the hallway and traffic. To make things even worse there is a metro going under the hotel that makes loud noise and causes the whole building to tremble. They are doing some remodeling of the exterior of the hotel and work start before 8am making it impossible to sleep. I highly recommend you think twice before booking this hotel. I will nevee book it again

Our first night in Paris completely ruined by this hotel We choose this hotel for our honeymoon in Paris. When we arrived there we found that windows in our room are blocked because of facade renovation works. It means that there is no sun light, no view and fresh air at the room. Hotel manager refused to change the room and also refused to make a refund. We had to urgently book another hotel. Fortunately we found several very good hotels around that place with lower price and bigger rooms. But we still didn't received full refund for this night from hotel. I wouldn't recommend to stay it hotel. It was a nightmare.
