We had a lovely stay and all thanks to the reception staff. Ladies were extremely helpful to us in navigating the city and answering all our queries. They were extremely patient and always greeting which was just enough to be honest. We didn’t have any language barrier with them. The room were of adequate size and they were well cleaned every time. We will definitely visit them again. The location is good and easily accessible to all metro and bus station nearby.

The staff was very friendly! The hotel is well located. You can take 30 min walk to the Louvre for example. There are also good restaurants near by, as well several metro stations. Overall it was a nice experience.

Loved this hotel, the room was really big, clean with everything you need. The location is great you can get easily everywhere. Loved the breakfast and the stuff! Ann from the reception is so nice and helpful (like all other staff there).

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The breakfast were delicious and offered a great variety of food. The staff is superb. I wanted to give a shout out to Anne Sophie and Beatriz for their impeccable customer service. They made sure we had a great stay and went above and beyond to resolve all little requests we had. I recommend this hotel for a great Paris experience and I'll definitely stay there again.

Our room is also huge and clean. The location is close to everything including train station and lots of placed to eat at. Likewise, everyone who attended to us (receptionists - Lia, Anne, and Fatima) and the ladies in the buffet breakfast (especially Mufida) during our stay at Hotel Magenta 38 had phenomenal customer service skills. They were all helpful, friendly, and professional. We felt really welcome and taken well care of. Thank you all for your kindness and hospitality!
