We stayed for one night and everything was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful. The complementary drinks in the room, as well as the complementary snacks in the lobby, were refreshing and appreciated. We also found the bed to be very comfortable, as well as the included bathrobes. We did not get a chance to try the breakfast, but everything smelled great in the morning.

Lovely staff. Everyone we met was helpful, polite, Manon in particular. Stephanie the manageress runs a good team; everything was in order from my perspective as a customer. The location is as convenient as one can find in Paris, and yet it is quiet. We walked to most of the major locations, and rented bikes; only once did we really have to use trains (for Versailles). I will choose this hotel again for our next trip to Paris: I don’t see the point in experimenting when this hotel experience was so good.

The staff was all so incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed over Christmas and got a lovely card with some chocolates that were placed on our bed wishing us happy holidays, SO sweet of the staff! Our room was big and had a great sized tub, I gave 4 stars for the room however because the bathroom had a constant loud buzzing/humming sound that gave me a headache if I was in the bathroom for more than a couple of minutes. Otherwise, we had a great 4 night stay here, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering it!
