Overall are good for this hotel. Only the horrible bad manners of female receptionist on her duty(around 8-9am of 13/11/2023) I entered to the hotel after running. I greeted her with Bonjour and friendly smile but what i got in returned from her is slowly from head to toe & toe to head again. She split her mouth and said no word to me. I wore proper outfits for running, long sleeve and long jogging pants and running shoes. I thought it could be a mistake but i returned to the hotel again, follow a French woman, She said Bonjour to her and again looked at me and said nothing. This horrible, rude and unprofessional action signifies a desire to make clients/guests feel like an object of her gaze. I think the hotel management should provide her some hospitality and service minded courses. I think she might be able to improve her performance at work.

The hotel itself is small and cosy, good value for what you're getting at the center of Paris. However, the staff makes the difference. I lost my phone and they were extremely helpful, they kept it safe for me and sent it back to me. Thanks a lot to everyone there - great service.

Superb location in Paris! Close to the Place de La Republique station. Rooms on the smaller side but nothing to complain about - relatively decently priced for room size, facilities and location in Paris. Very clean and comfortable. There is someone at reception 24/7 which was great - this made us feel really safe and the staff were all really nice, professional and helpful. Would recommend. Thank you for having us!
