Took a punt on this hotel and it overcame any expectations. The staff were so friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the bar was just marvellous in the evening. 100% recommend for your next stay in Paris!

Loved our stay here. The staff was so helpful and friendly and even offered us croissants when we checked in. The terrace out back was so nice for breakfast. Loved the lap blankets! Location is perfect for a visit to Montmartre. Our room was cosy and clean. Loved the soap in the bathroom and really loved the table and plants outside on the terrace. I’d love to stay here again.

We had room number 1 on the first floor and were overall disappointed with our choice to stay here. Twice during our three day stay we had to get out of bed to ask the night front desk person to turn down the TV (the first time) and the jukebox (the second time). Not merely loud but VERY loud. And the noise from the restaurant in the courtyard was also a bit much one evening during our stay, especially considering that you had to open the window to cool down. Supposedly the room has AC but it is controlled by the front desk. You merely have to ask but we couldn't discern a difference in the temperature when we did (this was mid September). Additionally, we are accustomed to small hotel rooms in historical locations in Europe but this room was especially difficult to stow and sort clothing and other belongings. My wife and I were reminded of camping in a small RV. Ultimately a poor value in our experience but maybe the other rooms are better(?).
