Dear representative of the hotel. This is Mishanina Marina, I left a review below about your poor customer orientation for my booking from January 19 to January 21, 2024, number 411213715. I am writing you a new review based on your response to my previous review. Dear representative of the hotel, I have read your answer, I hasten to assure you that, taking into account the circumstances related to the weather, I have every right to receive a refund for canceling a reservation at your hotel, since the arrival was not my fault, the supplier through whom I made the reservation contacted you several times, to which you are categorically they refused to refund the funds and cancel the reservation, unfortunately, this is only your decision, not my bank or supplier, do not shift responsibility. you could contact me at any time, all my contacts were available in the app and also my representative called you directly, you refused to talk to her. it's bad that in the response to my review you do not specify all the details, but write a standard response. it is important for me to talk about this situation publicly and that you continue to respond in a standard way, refusing to resolve the issue, so that the guests who come to you do not suffer losses from your bad loyalty.

The best hotel in the area that I've stayed in so far. The rooms are modern and clean, the bathroom spacious with a rain showerhead and natural light. I visited during a heat wave and the place was well air conditioned and pleasant. The lift was also normal sized. I'll stay here again. Note that there's no minibar in the rooms.

I like this place. The location just perfect. You can walk to the Louvre or take a metro. Rooms are small as usual, but our had a big bathroom which was nice. Breakfasts was amazing. All was fresh and delicious.

Extremely disappointing experience and no willingness from hotel management to support through this. We booked the Executive room through Expedia for our honeymoon because the photos showed a private balcony. When we arrived, the hotel staff said that not all executive rooms have a balcony and this had to be specifically requested. We sought to downgrade to a classic room because of no private balcony and staff said it wasn’t possible being we booked through Expedia. Expedia then contacted them to see if a partial refund was possible - again they were unwilling to extend this even in light of misleading photos. If you’re looking for a special experience this is not the one, and there are many neighbouring hotels that have much better value for money right near this property.

We enjoyed our executive room and the terrace at the roof was really nice. But the hotel did not give us the feeling that we got from looking at the website and other social media platforms. It did not feel as luxurious as we pictured it to be. The breakfast was a disappointment because of the staff that were not service minded at all. They were also very slow and did not fill up the buffet unless you asked for something that was missing. It was mainly bake off pastries and bread, correct me if I'm wrong. But that might be the case why it took so long to get new croissants and bread to the buffet. It did not feel as fresh as we desired it to be looking at the website. Overall a good/okey stay in a quite area.
