I went there for drinks a couple of times while waiting for our tables at the neighboring restaurant. it was a nice atmosphere and the service was good. I found there Christmas decorations cute. And this time I saw a new part of the lobby that was decorated in a bright modern way and the rest of the lovey still kept its classic charming look

Our stay at Hotel Pont Royal was exceptional -- comfort, cleanliness, service and so importantly, an attitude care and accommodation to all of our needs and wishes. From delightful and welcoming breakfast service to housekeeping, the staff was graciously accommodating. I would also single out the generous and brilliant performance of the Concierge, Alexandra, who not only gave wise counsel and bookings for outstanding restaurants, but helped (far beyond the call of duty) to straighten out an airline reservation that would have had dire consequences if multi-lingual assistance (and patience) had not been provided. We will happily return.

Both before we arrived and during our 6 day trip, the hotel made us feel most comfortable. The concierges gave us dining suggestions for our jet lagged arrival lunch, lined up a walking tour of the Marais, recommended a cozy bar on our last night and found us a movie theater showing English language films! Our deluxe room on the 6th floor was quiet, with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed continental breakfast (not the buffet) several mornings and had drinks and a snack in the Signature Bar one evening. The location couldn't be better.

Loved everything about this beautiful hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming and always went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Our room had a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower and to see it at night was magnificent. The room was luxurious and comfortable. The location is the best on the left bank. We walked everywhere to city sites, shopping, and restaurants. Our stay was the fantastic!

overall, we had an absolutely wonderful time in the hotel. The rooms arent large, but you dont need too much. the bed was quite comfortable and amenities great EXCEPT why is there no wine opener in the room in a french hotel?? that was the only issue. They were nice enough when I went downstairs to ask them to open a bottle, but a wine opener in each room I think is a minimum when in paris/
