Absolutely delightful hotel. Friendly service. Exceptionally clean. Do make sure to get deluxe room. The standard room is just as lovely but the bathroom is too small to function comfortably. We were fortunate to be able to upgrade after the first night. Great location. Love Saint Germain area. Nearby excellent restaurants.

We had a phenomenal experience at our one and only hotel in Paris! We originally booked during the pandemic and needed to reschedule to September 2023 -- Valerie from the hotel worked tirelessly to help with the logistics of refunding my original payment and rebooking. She is a saint for putting up with hundreds of emails from me over the last 3 years. The service was absolutely top notch. Thank you, Valerie! As for the hotel itself, I was obsessed with the aesthetic. The wallpaper in the rooms was adorable, and we loved the waiting room. If you stay there, be sure to check whether breakfast was included in your room reservation. Overall, we couldn't have been more pleased. Perfect location, helpful staff, and a wonderful spot to spend time in Paris.

The rooms were lovely, but the service was not up to par ...If you accidentally leave something, good luck trying to get it back. My wife left some clothes in the closet. When our daughter went to the hotel to get the clothes, the staff at the front desk was rude and would not let her check the lost and found. They said they only had a shirt and a dress, but refused to give back the other three articles of clothing that were on the same hanger.
