We were very pleased with the hotel and all staff where we stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The location of the hotel is good, close to the metro station. Also, the cleanliness of the room was very good. Of course, all Paris hotel rooms are generally small, but I thought they were quite adequate. The bathroom is very large and useful. It's nice to have a coffee machine in the room. We recommend this hotel.

I purchased a two-night stay at this hotel, and overall, it left a positive impression. The hotel boasts an attractive design, is well-maintained, and the staff extends a warm welcome. On our first night, despite the room being on the smaller side (typical for Paris), we were pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and aesthetic appeal. However, our initial night was marred by some challenges. The air conditioning system was quite noisy, the sounds of the metro could be heard echoing in the room until 1 AM, and there were other vibrations within the hotel. Additionally, we encountered a water leak in our bathroom that caused quite a bit of water to spill every time we showered. The following day, I addressed these issues with the manager, who showed great understanding and empathy. As a gesture of goodwill, he upgraded us to a more comfortable room, which we greatly appreciated. It was evident that he not only heard our concerns but also took steps to resolve them. He expressed gratitude for our feedback. Our second room was a notable improvement: spacious, impeccably clean, and well-furnished with all the amenities we required. In summary, our overall experience at this hotel was positive, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking an affordable lodging option in Paris. However, it's worth noting that the noise from the metro resonates throughout the entire building, regardless of the floor you're on. Personally, I was able to sleep through it, but it may be disruptive for others less accustomed to such sounds.

Had a wonderful stay. This Hotel is close to a couple subway stops They held my luggage both before and after my stay which was really useful. They have umbrellas you can borrow which was super useful. Free water in the room and great housekeeping.

Situated in the charming Quartier Latin, this was a great place to use as a base for exploring Paris. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they all (including the night shift) speak fluent English. As always, it is appreciated if you start with a little French but that's just showing courtesy. No worries if you only speak English. The rooms were very small but everything felt new and it was very clean. (!)Do ask for a room for the second floor or up as I heard some guests complain about noise from the subway on the lower levels! As I like to visit Paris often I'll surely be back one day. Great hotel!
