Fantastic location and downstairs service. Our room was a little small and cold (heating didn't seem very effective from the panel. Also no minibar and fridge wasn't switched on. Lamp had a big crack and USB charging ports didn't work. TV remote was in the blink too. Just needs a bit of attention/tlc to improve again.

Amazing location , Great bed, and even better room. But the best part about my stay was how gracious the staff was with me. Thank you very much Asma, your suggestions were amazing and you helped answer all of my questions very well. With all the other options you have in this city i have to say that this is by far my favorite, and I will be telling all my associates and friends when they go to Paris this has to be where they stay. The room had a very nice view of the Parisian architecture, and the Decor and interior designs of the room were a Tik tok/Instagram dream.

Super friendly staffs. Modern and well designed rooms. The rooms on the top floor are quite large in term of the hotel room size in Paris. I love the sky window. One thing to note is that it’s very convenient that this hotel is right next to metro station, but standing right on top of it makes it possible to sense the tremble every few minutes.

We checked in today. Staff friendly and decor is nice however we know immediately our stay here is ruined. I had knee surgery 8 weeks ago and we were on the 6th floor and the elevator is not working, which the hotel never told us about in advance. Very poor. So six narrow and steep flights of stairs to climb ever time we want to leave the hotel. Also as others have mentioned it’s really noisy, even on the sixth floor the building rumbles every time a metro train goes by underneath. I wish we had booked somewhere else but we will just need to put up with it for the duration of our stay. Really annoyed the hotel were not honest about the elevator in particular. No discount was offered for the inconvenience.

A great hotel in a perfect Parisian spot! We checked into this hotel to escape the crazy Paris heat in July 2022 after our original hotel did not have A.C. The room was really clean, modern, and well-appointed. Nice bathroom and shower and really cute terrace. Rates were reasonable for what we received and for the location in the city. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Paris with good access to shops and restaurants on foot and by metro, this is a great spot! I would return.
