My company booked a 3 night non-refundable stay here for me. I checked out after spending less than 1 hour in the room. It was very hot and no AC, room was dirt and smelled of smoke, furniture was broken and there was no drinking water. They would not issue a refund for any portion of the prepaid stay. For about 25 Euro more a night I stayed in an excellent, COLD AC, CLEAN hotel 10 min walk away

Pretty good value. It's very well located, clean and the staff is very friendly. I can't think of anything bad to say about it expect for the very unreliable WiFi that disconnects every 3 minutes. It honestly feels cozier than it looks like in the photos.

I stayed in this hotel for a day, and they don't provide the services that they charge for. In my room, the washbasin was blocked, and the towels were not even clean. I didn't like the facility.

Found a cockroach in our hotel room. We informed the hotel receptionist, he came up and killed it with a water bottle we’ve purchased. We wanted to change room, but he refused it, and elaborated “….it was only one…” as if it’s something (and even worse) that happens on a daily basis. Otherwise, the rooms are uncomfortable and service is terrible. The shower head was great though.
