A budget hotel to spend the night, if necessary. It's a 9 storey building with paper thin walls and Thai water ducts, so expect to hear all kind of noises, chief among which will be the outside unit of your neighbours aircon.. Recommended only if you are a great sleeper.

This hotel was a great location. I think the rooms were average but it was good for the stay. Really appreciated for the AC to be on as we’d come back and it’s nice and refreshing. I would like to see a better change with service. The staff were not welcoming and did not smile. When I had trouble with the Wifi, they made a face like I was stupid. Would recommend for location and short stays.

Staff were extremely rude, and watched one girl at reception yelling at a foreigner. Not pretty, and not a good look for the hotel when staff are screaming at customers in front of everyone. Location is really bad.. Death trap trying to cross the railway line and major highway to get to the beach. Speeding vehicle nearly wiped us out on our bike, so we had to stay here until the end of the booking then change to a better location.

During check-in, I did noticed that the reception lady is indeed grumpy. I kinda understand as I requested for a very early check-in (too tired from the overnight train from Hatyai). Aside from that, all the cleaners and other receptionists are quite jovial and nice. They even offered a discounted rate on bike rental. Other reviewers here are too exaggerated that I suspect to be the instigator of their own 'issues'. Stayed here for more than a week, and have never encountered any hiccups.

Dodgy Receptionists scamming money!! Be careful. They don't refund your key deposit and scammed for another 200 baht. I paid 2 night in their cheapest room 26 sqm. then added a third night in the more expensive superior room and even though I paid 100 baht more and was happy to stay in the cheapest room they demanded i pay an extra 100 baht on top if I didn't want to change rooms. So I paid 200 baht extra and it made no sense why I should pay extra to stay in the cheaper room. Then when I left I checked out, handed in the key and sat in the chair just 5 feet from reception waiting for my taxi. I heard another guest checking out tell the Receptionist she forgot to pay back the 200 baht key deposit they demand on arrival. This reminded me that the Receptionist hadn't given me my key deposit back either. I walked towards her and she already had the 200 baht in her hand that she tried to pocket and withiut even a word, gave me a knowing stare that she had tried to keep my money, so I gave her a nasty stare in return for being dishonest twice!! I realised she had pocketed the money the day before and tried to scam me again as well as other guests by pocketing our key deposits. Dirty tactics!! Nasty way of running a hotel!!
