Booked at hotel for 350k, I booked through agoda app for 300k. Check in at 1:00 p.m. Check out at 1:30 p.m., 1 and a half hours past check out time, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., half the day and night room rate will be charged. Didn't say anything before checking in. For me, I use a small bottle of Mineral Water for an additional charge of 194k. That means a bottle of water is 19k and the overtime fee is 175k. As if cheating. In the room, the toothbrush was kept under the bed so water got in because it was not covered but used a paste type.

There are 2 rows of houses, one row has 6 floors, the other row has 5 floors. The 6-storey building has a lower room segment, so the price is more affordable than the 5-storey building. But you get what you pay for, guys. I stayed in both blocks and it was very good, everyone, clean, airy, and full of amenities.... Wifi is a bit weak on the 6-story block. As for the 5-storey side, it's great. Overall, it's worth the money.
