I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the appalling experience I had at your hotel on July 13. I had previously made a reservation through Traveloka for a room, but upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that there were no available rooms. To make matters worse, this occurred late at night around 12 AM, leaving me in a distressing situation where I had to find alternative accommodations in the middle of the night. I cannot emphasize enough how deeply upset and inconvenienced I was by this incident. Not only did I face the inconvenience of having to locate another place to stay at such a late hour, but the lack of communication and disregard for customer service exhibited by your staff was completely unacceptable. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation, leaving me feeling disrespected as a paying guest. As a customer, I had entrusted your hotel with my reservation well in advance, expecting a smooth and hassle-free check-in process. It is beyond disappointing that despite my proactive booking and confirmation, I was treated in such an unprofessional and careless manner. This experience has left a lasting negative impression on me, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with other potential customers. I will be leaving a review on Google Maps to ensure that others are aware of the unprofessionalism and lack of customer care demonstrated by your hotel. I sincerely hope that you take this matter seriously and address the issues within your hotel's reservation and customer service processes. It is imperative that you rectify these shortcomings to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future and to restore faith in your establishment. I expect a prompt response from your management team regarding this matter. I hope that appropriate actions will be taken to compensate for the inconvenience caused and to improve the overall guest experience at your hotel.

Hotel is brand new so everything is 100%, good size room and my room had king size and single bed, bedside table, table and 2 chairs, desk with chair, fridge, tv, wardrobe Maybe 200 meters to the fabulous beach in Da Nang
