Great location right in the heart of Westfield hence plenty of dining options and great transport links to the rest of London. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Clean and spacious room which included a kitchen area. The hotel is in the Westfield Stratford shopping centre so has many amenities close by and with Stratford Station less than 5 mins walk away, it's also a good base for visitors exploring London.

Great location right in the shopping area. Plan ahead, because the cab drivers have no clue where it is. Had a good sleep, the rooms are average size, beds are better than most. Breakfast was a bit less than expected and they close it well before the official time.

Stayed at this location the last week of June for my first ever trip to London. Online photo's are stock so not representative of the actual room, but room was clean and comfortable and I have no complaints. Chose this location for its convenience to public transportation and location has multiple options for food with restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance. Hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast every morning was excellent with several choices. I would definitely stay here again. I think the only issue I had was the telephone in the room didn't work but I really had no need for it.

We had a great time in our stay in Hyatt House in Westfield. Our room was big and it even have a kitchenette. Our stay was a gift from my sister in States, she gave us a grand place to rest after our European trip, a gift again from our two generous son. The breakfast was nice and we even met a Filipina working in Elondi Restaurant in Hyatt House. Had our shopping also in Westfield Mall which just connected to our hotel.😊👍😊
